Clinical Lead Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee global, multi-center clinical research initiatives across diverse therapeutic areas.

• Ensure timely delivery of clinical research projects while adhering to budget constraints and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams.

• Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to project team members.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all project-related matters.

• Participate in bid defense meetings.

• Engage in proposal development and client presentations.

• Apply company-standard practices and adhere to departmental procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent experience in clinical research as a project manager or in a similar role (e.g., Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Study Team Lead).

• Experience in global or regional clinical project management, encompassing all project services from initiation to completion.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences (or a related field) or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to cultivate robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Confident negotiation skills.

• Proficient in team building, resource allocation, and organizational capabilities.

• Applications must be submitted in English.

• Preferred therapeutic experience in oncology and/or gastrointestinal conditions, including IBD, ulcerative colitis, or Crohn's disease.

• Prior experience managing Phase II and III clinical projects is preferred.
