Clinical Lead Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Oversee global, multi-site clinical research initiatives across a range of therapeutic domains.

• Ensure that clinical research projects are completed on schedule, within financial constraints, and meet high-quality benchmarks.

• Lead and guide cross-functional project teams.

• Provide training, mentorship, and coaching to project team members.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding all project-related issues.

• Participate in bid defense meetings and contribute to proposals and client presentations.

• Execute company standard procedures and adhere to interdepartmental protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent experience in clinical research as a project manager or in a similar role (e.g., Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Study Team Lead).

• Experience in global or regional clinical project management, overseeing all project activities from initiation to completion.

• Preferably possess therapeutic experience in oncology, gastrointestinal disorders, inflammatory bowel disease, ulcerative colitis, or Crohn's disease.

• Preferred background in managing Phase II and III clinical trials.

• Hold a BSc or MSc in Life Sciences (or a related field), or possess an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Confident negotiation skills.

• Strong team building, resource management, and organizational capabilities.
