Clinical Lead Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Oversee global, multi-center clinical research initiatives across various therapeutic areas.

• Ensure the timely delivery of clinical research projects while adhering to budget constraints and maintaining high quality standards.

• Lead and coordinate diverse project teams across multiple functions.

• Provide training, mentorship, and coaching to project team members.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding all project-related matters.

• Participate in bid defense meetings.

• Engage in proposal development and deliver client presentations.

• Enforce company standard practices and adhere to interdepartmental procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent experience in clinical research as a project manager or similar role, such as Clinical Trial Manager or Clinical Study Team Lead.

• Experience in global or regional clinical project management, overseeing all services from project initiation to closure.

• Preferred therapeutic experience in oncology and/or gastrointestinal conditions such as IBD, ulcerative colitis, or Crohn's disease.

• Experience in managing Phase II and III clinical projects is preferred.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven ability to establish strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Confident negotiation skills.

• Strong team-building, resource allocation, and organizational abilities.
