Clinical Lead Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee global, multi-center clinical research initiatives across a range of therapeutic fields.

• Ensure clinical research projects are completed punctually, within budget constraints, and uphold high quality standards.

• Lead and supervise multifunctional project teams.

• Provide training, mentorship, and coaching to project team members.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all project-related issues.

• Participate in bid defense meetings.

• Engage in proposal development and client presentations.

• Adopt company standard practices and adhere to intradepartmental procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent experience in clinical research as a project manager or in a similar role (e.g. Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Study Team Lead).

• Experience in global or regional clinical project management, covering all project services from initiation to completion.

• Preferred therapeutic experience in oncology and/or GI, IBD, ulcerative colitis, or Crohn's disease.

• Experience in managing Phase II and III clinical projects is advantageous.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences (or a related field), or a comparable mix of education, training, and experience.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capable of establishing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Confident negotiation abilities.

• Skills in team-building, resource allocation, and organization.
