Clinical IS Analyst – Ancillary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Execute the build, configuration, and maintenance of application software.

• Support application software troubleshooting and gather relevant information.

• Provide assistance to end users utilizing the software.

• Appropriately escalate issues related to software applications.

• Create workflow diagrams for both technical processes and end user interactions.

• Document and follow internal procedures to maintain data and system integrity.

• Oversee projects and initiatives that support clinical, revenue cycle, and administrative functions.

• Educate staff on software usage, including workflows integrated with Epic.

• Propose and execute ideas for workflow or technical enhancements.

• Conduct functional application testing in accordance with instructions and testing plans.

• Test and provide support for software, workflows, and associated system interfaces.

• Collaborate with application teams and counterparts to achieve development and implementation goals.

• Deliver tier-two support.

• Undertake project management responsibilities and act as the project lead for significant initiatives.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple assignments simultaneously in a matrixed environment.

• Strong critical and analytical thinking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Demonstrated skills in troubleshooting.

• Outstanding organizational management capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree is required, or equivalent experience of 4 years may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.

• Required training and certification in ancillary applications.
