This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Conduct remote clinical interviews and assessments as mandated by the protocol with study participants.
• Administer and evaluate study-specific psychiatric rating scales and structured interviews in accordance with sponsor and protocol guidelines.
• Ensure consistency and reliability in all participant assessments.
• Engage in study training, calibration, standardization, and certification activities as needed.
• Review participant histories and relevant documentation prior to conducting assessments.
• Complete assessments, documentation, and data entry within specified timelines.
• Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), study protocols, and relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and study stakeholders to enhance data quality and ensure participant safety.
• Attend project meetings and ongoing quality review sessions as required.
• Master's degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, Social Work, or a related clinical field.
• Clinical Experience Candidates must satisfy one of the following qualification pathways:
• Option 1: A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with PTSD populations.
• At least 2 years of experience administering CAPS-5 and/or other structured psychiatric interviews.
• Completion of all four CAPS-5 certification modules/certificates is preferred.
• Experience in administering psychiatric assessments in clinical research trials.
• Familiarity with CNS and/or psychiatric clinical studies.
• Experience in conducting remote or centralized assessments.
• Knowledge of PTSD outcome measures and structured diagnostic interviews.
• Previous experience as an independent rater, interviewer, or clinical trial assessor.
• Strong grasp of PTSD diagnosis, symptomatology, and treatment approaches.
• Proven competency in administering structured clinical interviews and rating scales.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and dedication to the quality and consistency of assessments.
• Effective organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and web-based clinical platforms.
• Current openings necessitate fluency in English and native-level proficiency in German.
