Clinical Innovation and Research Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a comprehensive research project utilizing existing clinical data.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate a research study that aligns with strategic clinical and business objectives.

• Utilize both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to address intricate clinical and organizational issues.

• Integrate findings and take the lead on drafting and submitting a manuscript to a peer-reviewed journal.

• Participate in cross-functional meetings and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

• Disseminate findings and essential insights across different functional teams to shape care models and organizational strategy.

• Complete and submit one research paper for peer review within the 10-week engagement period.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a doctoral or master's program in Clinical Psychology or a related behavioral health field.

• Strong quantitative abilities and expertise in quantitative data analysis and statistical methods.

• Experience in qualitative research, including the design, collection, and analysis of qualitative data, such as thematic analysis and interviews.

• Familiarity with AI tools is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Outstanding written, verbal, and academic writing capabilities.

• Enthusiasm for cross-functional teamwork.

• Willingness to learn about industry roles, digital health innovation, and applied clinical research.
