📋 Description

• Assist Providence clinicians and caregivers in their use of Epic.

• Deliver remote clinical informatics support available 24/7.

• Foster understanding, integration, and effective application of information technology within healthcare environments.

• Act as a bridge between clinical practice and Information Services.

• Provide support to clinical and interprofessional caregivers throughout the entire care continuum.

• Aid in the implementation, learning, usage, adoption, and optimization of clinical technologies.

• Serve as a professional role model in the field of clinical informatics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a Clinical discipline, Information Technology/Informatics, Business, Education, Management, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent education/experience.

• Minimum of 2 years in a role with similar primary responsibilities involving a clinical information system in a healthcare environment.

• Familiarity with EHR systems.

• Understanding of the benefits and challenges associated with adult learning.

• Candidate must reside in one of the following states: Alaska, Washington, Montana, Oregon, California, or Texas.

• Candidate should be located no more than 2 hours from a Providence facility.

• Availability to work from Wednesday to Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. PDT.

• Informatics certifications or credentialing are preferred.
