Clinical Independent Rater – French Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage in all mandatory orientation, training, and calibration sessions.

• Analyze case data and prepare for rater discussions, ensuring availability of all pertinent documents and scale items.

• Facilitate live interactions with raters to deliver feedback and guidance on assessment techniques and scoring.

• Complete assigned responsibilities and rater interactions in accordance with the established timeline.

• Accurately submit all necessary documentation within the required time frame.

• Assess the quality of evaluations and verify adherence to standardized assessment procedures.

• Enhance rater performance through functional assessments, including mock interviews.

• Assist in the development of communication materials and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work (or equivalent).

• At least 3 years of experience in administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, and/or structured clinical interviews, particularly MINI and MADRS.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations.

• At least 3 years of administering scales in clinical research trials, not including graduate/doctoral research.

• Proficiency in English.

• Native-level fluency in French.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience in CNS trials is preferred.

• MD, DO, or PhD is preferred.
