Clinical Implementation Specialist, Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provide in-person clinical education, training, and implementation assistance at customer locations, with travel requirements reaching up to approximately 75% and virtual follow-up as necessary.

• Educate clinicians and teams on digital dentistry processes, encompassing CBCT imaging, intraoral scanning, CAD/CAM, and chairside restorative solutions.

• Offer clinical and workflow assistance to customers, internal teams, and partners.

• Act as a reliable resource for customers, sales teams, and dealers.

• Recognize workflow deficiencies and resolve issues effectively.

• Suggest practical enhancements and facilitate escalations with Customer Care/GBS/Digital support teams.

• Create and uphold teaching resources that ensure consistent delivery.

• Provide structured field feedback to enhance training programs, workflow guidance, and customer results.

• Keep abreast of the latest clinical trends in digital dentistry.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Dental Technology, Medical Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the clinical/dental industry.

• Robust clinical foundation with hands-on experience in digital dentistry workflows, whether chairside or in a lab setting.

• Familiarity with imaging and restorative/CAD-CAM processes.

• Proven track record in delivering in-person clinical training and coaching dental teams in practical environments.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Capability to simplify technical concepts into practical, usable workflows.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow through on tasks.

• Competence in managing a field schedule and documenting activities as required.

• Willingness and readiness to travel extensively, up to approximately 75%.

• Must possess the legal right to work in Canada.
