This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with hospital teams to evaluate workflows, pinpoint optimization opportunities, and assist in product configuration.
• Offer on-site clinical assistance during implementation, education, go-live phases, and troubleshooting after implementation.
• Organize, coordinate, and conduct training sessions for clinicians, super-users, and end-users.
• Foster relationships with ZOLL Sales, Hospital Training Teams, nurses, physicians, and department leaders.
• Act as a clinical liaison and escalate any risks or customer issues to technical support and leadership.
• Oversee travel logistics and ensure border-crossing compliance for client sites in Canada and the US.
• Coordinate educational and training initiatives for customers after the sale.
• Work alongside Territory Managers throughout the sales process to establish long-term customer relationships.
• Evaluate learning requirements and plan, implement, and assess educational programs.
• Deliver orientation, continuing education, in-services, and preceptor-model training.
• Engage in quality improvement leadership and assist with process and protocol modifications.
• Support sales efforts, trade shows, distributor training, and other designated functions.
• Manage large-scale system implementations for major hospital systems.
• Design, develop, and carry out educational and training events.
• Relay leads and account updates to Territory Managers.
• Serve as a clinical and technical product authority for ZOLL Hospital products.
• Champion enhanced patient outcomes in inpatient hospital environments.
• Must reside near a major airport in British Columbia.
• RN, Paramedic, or RT with over 5 years of experience is required.
• A valid passport is necessary.
• A Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) is preferred.
• AHA Instructor certification in BLS/ACLS/PALS is preferred.
• Experience in clinical education is preferred.
• Project management experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to effectively educate clinical personnel.
• Capacity to drive change through education and evidence-based clinical literature.
• Proficiency in integrating iPad, Outlook, and Microsoft Suite into daily work.
• Demonstrates flexibility, autonomy, self-motivation, and professionalism.
• Capable of directing training and in-servicing programs to ensure product compliance.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams within complex environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt in customer situations and work toward successful resolutions.
• Comfortable engaging with C-Suite teams; possesses a strong personal presence.
• Skilled in managing multiple responsibilities and prioritizing effectively.
• Maintains a calm, positive, and proactive attitude.
• Excellent skills in client-facing interactions, internal communication, and verbal/written presentations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and follow-up.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
