This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with hospital teams to evaluate workflows, pinpoint optimization opportunities, and assist with product configuration.
• Offer on-site clinical support throughout implementation, training, go-live, and post-implementation troubleshooting.
• Organize, coordinate, and provide training for clinicians, super-users, and end-users.
• Foster relationships with ZOLL Sales, Hospital Training Team, nurses, physicians, and departmental leadership.
• Act as a clinical liaison and escalate any risks or customer concerns.
• Oversee travel logistics and ensure compliance for client sites in Canada and the US.
• Coordinate customer education and training initiatives following a sale.
• Serve as a clinical and technical authority on ZOLL hospital products.
• Manage educational processes applying adult-learning principles, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Evaluate competency and enhance clinical staff through identified learning needs.
• Provide orientation, ongoing education, in-services, and preceptor-model training.
• Engage in quality-improvement leadership and changes to processes and protocols.
• Support sales teams, trade shows, company booths, and training for distributor partners.
• Oversee customer account educational and training events as a project manager.
• Relay leads and account updates to the Territory Manager.
• Advocate for enhanced inpatient hospital patient outcomes.
• RN, Paramedic, or RT with a minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
• Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) is preferred.
• AHA Instructor certification for BLS/ACLS/PALS is preferred.
• Experience in clinical education is preferred.
• Project management experience is preferred.
• Capability to educate clinical personnel successfully.
• Ability to drive change through education and evidence-based clinical literature.
• Proficiency in integrating technology, including iPad, Outlook, and Microsoft Suite.
• Must demonstrate flexibility, autonomy, self-motivation, and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to direct training and in-service programs to ensure product compliance.
• Capacity to lead and influence cross-functional teams in complex settings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt in customer situations and achieve successful resolutions.
• Comfortable engaging with C-Suite teams and possessing a strong personal presence.
• Capable of managing multiple demands and prioritizing effectively.
• Maintain a calm, positive, "can-do" attitude.
• Excellent skills in client-facing, internal communication, writing, verbal interactions, and presentations.
• Solid organizational skills with strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow up as necessary.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
