Clinical Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the consultation phase and take ownership of the complete build configuration lifecycle.

• Proactively address study configurations to eliminate technical obstacles and structural inaccuracies early on.

• Collaborate with project management to manage scope and timeline parameters effectively.

• Recognize client requests that fall outside the project's scope while ensuring swift delivery cycles.

• Assist client stakeholders throughout the user acceptance testing process.

• Serve as the key subject matter expert for intricate technical inquiries.

• Provide clients with guidance on best practices for CDMS, eCOA, patient-facing interfaces, and decentralized protocol workflows.

• Guarantee that clients derive maximum value from the Castor platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in the pharmaceutical, contract research organization (CRO), or eClinical software industry.

• Strong grasp of clinical trial processes, study startup frameworks, and standard clinical data management practices.

• Hands-on experience in study operations, nursing, or clinical site management.

• Excellent analytical abilities related to software configuration.

• Interest in or familiarity with automated tools, APIs, or AI-driven workflows.

• Knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and applicable GXP compliance regulations.

• Preference for residing in CET +/-2.
