Clinical Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical support to external business clients for application software, software solutions, and hardware implementation.

• Configure software based on user specifications and requirements.

• Collaborate with development and engineering teams to fulfill client and project expectations.

• Advise clients on clinical workflows and suggest system configurations using clinical standards.

• Conduct software and integration testing.

• Address issues that necessitate modifications to implemented applications and solutions.

• Create test cases and scripts.

• Collect and assess client feedback and assist in drafting user requirement documents.

• Specify requirements for product modifications in conjunction with engineering resources.

• Monitor project plans, progress, milestones, and implementation timelines.

• Identify risks and formulate mitigation strategies.

• Maintain communication with clients and keep implementation documentation updated.

• Test and troubleshoot final system implementations.

• Offer training and end-user support during and after implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certification in a relevant clinical field, such as LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LPN, among others.

• Bachelor’s degree supporting clinical expertise.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a behavioral healthcare setting.

• Extensive experience with an EHR platform.

• Strong knowledge of Information Technology, software solutions, and software management systems.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% as necessary.

• Proven problem-solving, critical-thinking, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people skills.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Aptitude for anticipating issues and risks and devising alternatives to achieve project objectives.
