Clinical Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical support to external business clients during the implementation of application software, software solutions, and hardware.

• Set up software according to specified user requirements and instructions.

• Collaborate with the development team to fulfill client and project implementation expectations.

• Act as a clinical expert and key project team member by working directly with clients.

• Advise clients on essential system clinical workflows utilizing clinical knowledge and expertise.

• Suggest suitable system configurations based on clinical standards.

• Conduct software and integration testing for implemented systems and solutions.

• Address issues that necessitate modifications to implemented applications and solutions.

• Create scripts and test cases for newly launched applications and solutions.

• Collect and evaluate client feedback alongside development teams.

• Assist in drafting user requirement documents.

• Define product change requirements in collaboration with engineering resources.

• Contribute to and monitor project plans, progress, milestones, and implementation timelines.

• Identify risks that may impact client business objectives and formulate mitigation strategies.

• Document client communications and records in appropriate repositories.

• Execute testing and troubleshooting for final system implementations.

• Offer training and end-user support during and after the implementation phase.

• Carry out other assigned responsibilities and projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certification in a relevant clinical field, such as LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LPN, among others.

• Bachelor’s degree that supports clinical expertise.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a behavioral healthcare setting.

• Extensive experience working with an EHR platform.

• Solid knowledge of Information Technology, software solutions, and software management systems.

• Proven ability in effective, results-oriented problem solving and critical thinking.

• Exceptional troubleshooting skills.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize competing demands.

• Ability to work autonomously, be proactive, and perform effectively under pressure.
