This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and present clinical product demonstrations customized for care management teams, medical directors, and health plan executives.
• Collaborate with the sales team on discovery calls to uncover clinical challenges and convert them into demo narratives and scripted patient experiences.
• Set up and sustain demo environments featuring realistic clinical data, caseloads, and workflows.
• Act as the clinical subject matter expert during sales discussions, RFP submissions, and client presentations.
• Foster relationships with senior clinical and executive stakeholders.
• Analyze market and client feedback trends and influence clinical positioning priorities in collaboration with product and marketing teams.
• Guide sales and implementation teams on clinical workflows and demo best practices.
• Establish credibility and cultivate relationships with healthcare stakeholders as a clinical workflow expert.
• Perform organizational readiness assessments.
• Recognize opportunities and challenges for both prospective and existing clients.
• Design and enhance clinical workflows that align with client objectives.
• Execute ROI analyses based on quality metrics and value-based care considerations.
• Simplify complex clinical concepts for a wide range of stakeholder audiences.
• Create user-focused materials with marketing, including one-pagers, case studies, workflow guides, and campaign content.
• Evaluate marketing and sales collateral to ensure clinical accuracy.
• Convert product features into benefits for navigators, case managers, members, and patients.
• Support clients throughout the sales and implementation process using clinical best practices.
• Organize and lead clinical training sessions for staff and providers.
• Partner with healthcare teams on data-driven quality improvement projects.
• Provide consulting services on evidence-based practices and clinical guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for program growth based on outcome data.
• Assist clients in measuring and showcasing clinical impact through performance metrics and caseload reports.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field in behavioral health.
• Current clinical license or certification (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, CCM, PhD, PsyD).
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in behavioral health, preferably in integrated care environments.
• Direct experience within a health system or health plan in roles such as care navigator, care manager, or case manager.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Knowledge of healthcare quality metrics and value-based care frameworks.
• Extensive understanding of electronic health records and their use in facilitating efficient and effective clinical workflows.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for client demonstrations, conferences, and onsite meetings.
• Strong comfort level in complex, multi-stakeholder purchasing environments.
• Proficient in crafting distinct messaging and tools for economic buyers, champions, and technical evaluators.
• Excellent storytelling skills, capable of translating intricate clinical and operational value into straightforward economic narratives.
• Preferred: Experience with Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) or other integrated behavioral health frameworks.
• Preferred: Background in healthcare consulting, training, or implementation.
• Preferred: Understanding of healthcare reimbursement models, including Medicare/Medicaid billing.
• Preferred: Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies.
• Preferred: Project management skills or certification.
• Preferred: Prior experience in a healthcare technology setting.
• Preferred: Experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting within a healthcare technology firm.
• Preferred: Experience collaborating with marketing on clinical content, collateral, or campaign messaging.
