Clinical Field Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver education on Advanced Patient Monitoring products through in-theatre case support.

• Organize individualized training sessions and in-service educational programs in ICU, OR, and other critical care settings.

• Offer clinical guidance and technical assistance to physicians and medical personnel throughout the patient care continuum.

• Anticipate challenges and prepare for effective implementation.

• Advocate with healthcare professionals to identify opportunities for increasing the utilization of Advanced Patient Monitoring products.

• Identify and train hospital staff to serve as designated resources for BD products.

• Work in conjunction with sales representatives and managers to execute strategic plans for the territory.

• Validate software and hardware updates in the field when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of prior clinical experience in an acute care setting.

• An Associate's degree in Nursing or a related clinical field is required.

• Demonstrated knowledge of cardiovascular science, anatomy, pathology, and physiology.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Critical Care and/or Cardiac Clinical Experience - TVC, CV ICU, or CV OR nursing experience is highly preferred.

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse.

• Strong grasp of hemodynamic monitoring.

• Experience in a clinical or sales role within a Medical Device organization.

• Established proficiency in presenting to groups.

• Demonstrated leadership in advancing within the Nursing profession.

• Proven capability to inspire change within their hospital or organization.
