Clinical Excellence Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Offer tactical assistance to sales, service, clinical, and marketing initiatives centered on clinical application, clinician education, program education, and product training for the Tablo Hemodialysis System.

• Cultivate clinical partnerships with clients in acute, post-acute, and home dialysis settings.

• Act as the main point of contact for designated customers and facilitate daily program execution.

• Aid in program implementations, go-lives, training sessions, and follow-ups post-implementation.

• Deliver clinical application assistance and clinician education.

• Prepare for and engage in Clinical Business Reviews by collecting data, supporting presentations, and connecting with customer stakeholders.

• Conduct routine visits to customer sites to foster adoption and enhance care quality, workflow efficiency, and program performance.

• Collaborate with case management and discharge planning to improve patient flow and throughput.

• Work alongside Sales, Service, Clinical, Marketing, and other internal departments.

• Take part in internal escalation processes to investigate, communicate, and resolve customer concerns.

• Ensure adequate consumable inventory and promote utilization and workflow efficiency.

• Evaluate and enhance program offerings based on current research and best practices.

• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Outset products, clinical programs, policies, and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing.

• Over 2 years of experience in dialysis or a related field.

• Understanding of compliance regulations and standards.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Familiarity with developing business plans and return on investment (ROI) analysis.

• Knowledge of the health system accreditation process.

• Understanding of process and quality improvement methodologies.

• Ability to translate data and analytics into actionable plans.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to travel frequently, up to 75% of the time.

• Experience in Home Hemodialysis is strongly preferred.

• Direct patient care experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with insourced Tablo dialysis delivery and direct patient treatment using Tablo is preferred.

• National nursing certification is preferred.

• Nursing leadership experience is preferred.

• BLS and ACLS certifications are required; if not obtained at hire, must be completed within the first six months.
