Clinical Educator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Conduct virtual calls focused solely on clinical education with members regarding health topics you are knowledgeable about, such as fertility, hormonal health, pregnancy, menopause, family health, and men's health.

• Facilitate group webinars and workshops in your areas of expertise, supported by Vira’s staff.

• Address general health inquiries through asynchronous messaging on a non-urgent basis.

• Offer evidence-based health information, lifestyle recommendations, and self-management strategies.

• Collaborate with Vira Care Advocates (Navigator/Coaches) to guide members in accessing clinical care and assist in making appropriate referrals.

• Develop educational content for the Member Zone, including articles, care plans, videos, and materials for webinars.

• Review existing materials to ensure clinical accuracy, incorporate relevant new evidence, and align with practice guidelines.

• Create educational resources that are culturally sensitive and tailored to audiences from diverse backgrounds and locations.

• Work with Vira resources to ensure the translation of complex medical information into content that is accessible for members.

• Guarantee that all educational materials adhere to regulatory standards across various markets.

• Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing clinical quality.

• Assist in the development of clinical pathways and educational protocols for members.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other clinicians, product teams, and operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN), Registered/Certified Midwife (RM, CNM), Medical Doctor, Physician Assistant, or an equivalent licensed healthcare professional qualification.

• Valid active license/registration in good standing in your country of practice.

• At least 3 years of clinical experience in women's health (OB/GYN, maternal health, reproductive health, menopause care, or related specialty) within Belgium.

• Familiarity with virtual/telehealth platforms and experience in remote patient engagement.

• Proficient in English, French, and Dutch (Flemish) at a professional level.

• Strong understanding of women's health throughout the lifespan, from fertility to menopause.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex medical concepts for better understanding.

• Demonstrated cultural humility and a genuine dedication to health equity.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Proficient with digital health platforms and video conferencing tools.

• Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills.
