This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide onsite and virtual education to clients regarding Siemens imaging systems, software functionalities, and workflows.
• Facilitate the design and development of both onsite and virtual training for internal and external Siemens partners.
• Assess customer education requirements and develop training plans that include materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources.
• Offer support for Coach accounts as required.
• Assess, select, and prioritize content development for modalities in collaboration with the Education Development Specialist.
• Create virtual training programs for customers and employees.
• Maintain regular communication with the virtual delivery team and Education Development Specialist concerning training materials.
• Attend meetings, seminars, and training sessions to collect information for future training initiatives.
• Produce training content for the training and development website and e-learning platforms.
• Adhere to branding and formatting guidelines during content creation.
• Collaborate with instructors and clinical education team members to develop virtual training programs for customers and employees.
• Keep a database of training materials updated.
• Consult with trainers, managers, and leadership to ensure training sessions align with business requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or a preferred advanced degree, or completion of a certified Radiologic Technology program.
• Required registration and/or licensing in the MR clinical modality.
• Typically, a minimum of 4 years of successful experience in a related area.
• Required experience with Siemens MR systems.
• Preferred experience in MR cardiac and/or advanced neuro specialties.
• Teaching experience is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of the latest Siemens imaging systems and applications.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and instructional software.
• Strong organizational abilities, including the capability to establish and meet timelines and schedules.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Competent in analyzing problems and devising better solutions.
• Basic understanding of networking and hospital workflows.
• Willingness to travel 90-95% of the time.
• Capability to work with controlled technology in compliance with US export control laws.
