Clinical Education Specialist – MRI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Facilitate and manage training sessions on GE Healthcare MRI products.

• Offer onsite clinical applications training to users.

• Coordinate installations and initial clinical applications in collaboration with sales, service, and the Clinical Education Manager.

• Conduct application training at customer locations to ensure the safe and effective use of equipment, optimizing image quality and productivity.

• Sustain after-sale and long-term relationships with customers.

• Recognize and leverage opportunities that meet customer needs.

• Advocate for product differentiators based on customer clinical requirements, competitive landscape, values, and desired benefits.

• Cultivate and enhance a network of key opinion leaders within the designated territory.

• Assist in trade shows, workshops, show sites, and customer visits.

• Aid in the deployment of digital tools and the digital transformation of clinical education.

• Record trainings, site visits, and customer interactions in accordance with local protocols.

• Present to customers during classroom education days and user intimacy events.


⛳️ Requirements

• Certified radiographer with experience in clinical MRI within UK&I hospitals.

• Experience in other modalities like CT or DEXA is advantageous.

• Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork, and communication abilities.

• Self-driven with the capability to identify and pursue improvement opportunities.

• Team-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Open to adapting to evolving work environments.

• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites for 80% of the working time, from Monday to Friday.

• Experience in teaching MRI to radiographers/radiologists is preferred.

• Familiarity with advanced MRI techniques such as Cardiac and Neuro is preferred.

• Knowledge of GE or competitor MRI products is advantageous.

• Previous experience as an Application Specialist is a plus.

• Basic proficiency in computer applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
