This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Provide both onsite and virtual education to clients regarding Siemens imaging systems, software features, functionalities, and workflows.
β’ Facilitate the design and development of both onsite and virtual educational programs for Siemens partners, both internal and external.
β’ Assess the educational needs of customers and develop training plans, materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources accordingly.
β’ Create virtual educational content for customers and employees.
β’ Maintain regular communication with the virtual delivery team and the Education Development Specialist concerning training materials.
β’ Engage in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to collect information for future educational programs.
β’ Assist in the creation of training content for the training and development website and e-learning platforms.
β’ Adhere to branding and formatting guidelines during content development.
β’ Collaborate with instructors and clinical education team members to develop virtual training programs for customers and employees.
β’ Keep a database of training materials updated.
β’ Provide support for Coach accounts as necessary.
β’ Evaluate, select, and prioritize content development modalities in consultation with the Education Development Specialist.
β’ Work with trainers, managers, and leadership to ensure training sessions are aligned with business objectives.
β’ A BS/BA in a relevant discipline, or graduation from a certified Radiologic Technology program; an advanced degree is preferred.
β’ Registration and/or licensure in the MR clinical modality is required.
β’ Typically, a minimum of 4 years of successful experience in a related field.
β’ Experience with Siemens MR systems is a must.
β’ Preferred experience in MR cardiac and/or advanced neuro fields.
β’ Teaching experience is preferred.
β’ Willingness to travel 90-95% of the time.
β’ Candidates may reside in the West, Midwest, or Central zones.
β’ In-depth knowledge of the latest Siemens imaging systems and applications.
β’ Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and instructional software.
β’ Strong organizational abilities, including the capacity to establish and meet timelines and schedules.
β’ Competent in multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.
β’ Capable of analyzing problems and strategizing for improved solutions.
β’ Basic understanding of networking and hospital workflows.
