Clinical Education Specialist – Midwest, West, Central Zone

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide onsite and virtual training for customers on Siemens imaging systems, including software features, functionalities, and workflows.

• Lead the design and creation of both onsite and virtual training programs for Siemens partners, both internal and external.

• Assess customer educational requirements and formulate training plans, materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources.

• Offer support to Coach accounts when necessary.

• Analyze, select, and prioritize content development for modalities in collaboration with the Education Development Specialist.

• Create virtual education sessions for both customers and employees.

• Maintain regular communication with the virtual delivery team and Education Development Specialist regarding training materials.

• Engage in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to collect insights for future programs.

• Aid in the development of training content for the training and development website and e-learning tools.

• Adhere to branding and formatting standards during content creation.

• Collaborate with instructors and clinical education team members to develop virtual training programs for customers and employees.

• Keep a comprehensive database of training materials.

• Consult with trainers, managers, and leadership to ensure training sessions align with business objectives.

• Represent Siemens Healthineers and Clinical Education in a professional manner while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Conduct onsite technical training at customer medical facilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an advanced degree preferred, or completion of a certified Radiologic Technology program.

• Registration and/or licensing in the MR clinical modality is essential.

• Generally, a minimum of 4 years of successful experience in a related field, demonstrating the Key Responsibilities and Knowledge outlined above.

• Experience with Siemens MR systems is required.

• Preferred experience in MR cardiac and/or advanced neuro.

• Teaching experience is preferred.

• Willingness to travel 90-95% of the time.

• In-depth knowledge of the latest Siemens imaging systems and their applications.

• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and instructional software.

• Strong organizational abilities, including the capacity to establish and adhere to timelines and schedules.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Capable of analyzing problems and strategizing for improved solutions.

• Basic understanding of networking and hospital workflows.

• Must be able to work with controlled technology in compliance with US export control laws.
