This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Provide onsite and virtual training for customers on Siemens imaging systems, including software features, functionalities, and workflows.
β’ Lead the design and creation of both onsite and virtual training programs for Siemens partners, both internal and external.
β’ Assess customer educational requirements and formulate training plans, materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources.
β’ Offer support to Coach accounts when necessary.
β’ Analyze, select, and prioritize content development for modalities in collaboration with the Education Development Specialist.
β’ Create virtual education sessions for both customers and employees.
β’ Maintain regular communication with the virtual delivery team and Education Development Specialist regarding training materials.
β’ Engage in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to collect insights for future programs.
β’ Aid in the development of training content for the training and development website and e-learning tools.
β’ Adhere to branding and formatting standards during content creation.
β’ Collaborate with instructors and clinical education team members to develop virtual training programs for customers and employees.
β’ Keep a comprehensive database of training materials.
β’ Consult with trainers, managers, and leadership to ensure training sessions align with business objectives.
β’ Represent Siemens Healthineers and Clinical Education in a professional manner while ensuring a positive customer experience.
β’ Conduct onsite technical training at customer medical facilities.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in a relevant field, or an advanced degree preferred, or completion of a certified Radiologic Technology program.
β’ Registration and/or licensing in the MR clinical modality is essential.
β’ Generally, a minimum of 4 years of successful experience in a related field, demonstrating the Key Responsibilities and Knowledge outlined above.
β’ Experience with Siemens MR systems is required.
β’ Preferred experience in MR cardiac and/or advanced neuro.
β’ Teaching experience is preferred.
β’ Willingness to travel 90-95% of the time.
β’ In-depth knowledge of the latest Siemens imaging systems and their applications.
β’ Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and instructional software.
β’ Strong organizational abilities, including the capacity to establish and adhere to timelines and schedules.
β’ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
β’ Capable of analyzing problems and strategizing for improved solutions.
β’ Basic understanding of networking and hospital workflows.
β’ Must be able to work with controlled technology in compliance with US export control laws.
