This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide both onsite and virtual education to customers regarding Siemens imaging systems, software features, functionalities, and workflows.
• Facilitate the creation and development of onsite and virtual education for both internal and external Siemens partners.
• Assess customer education requirements and formulate training plans that include materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources.
• Offer support for Coach accounts as required.
• Assess, select, and prioritize content development for modalities in collaboration with the Education Development Specialist.
• Create virtual education programs for both customers and employees.
• Maintain regular communication with the virtual delivery team and the Education Development Specialist regarding training materials.
• Engage in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to gather insights for future training initiatives.
• Develop training content for the training and development website and e-learning platforms.
• Adhere to branding and formatting standards during content development.
• Collaborate with instructors and clinical education team members to create virtual training programs for customers and employees.
• Keep a comprehensive database of training materials.
• Consult with trainers, managers, and leadership to ensure training sessions align with business objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or graduation from a certified Radiologic Technology program.
• Registration and/or licensure in the MR clinical modality is mandatory.
• Generally, at least 4 years of successful experience in a related area.
• Experience with Siemens MR systems is required.
• Preferred experience in MR cardiac and/or advanced neuro fields.
• Teaching experience is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of the latest Siemens imaging systems and applications.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and instructional software.
• Strong organizational abilities, including the capacity to establish and adhere to timelines and schedules.
• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.
• Able to analyze issues and devise better solutions.
• Basic knowledge of networking and hospital workflows.
• Willingness to travel 90-95% of the time.
• Must be able to work with controlled technology in compliance with US export control laws.
