Clinical Education Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and conduct training sessions, workshops, and presentations for nurses, physicians, and various healthcare professionals.

• Assist the sales team throughout and following the commercial process by offering customers technical and clinical insights.

• Create both in-person and virtual educational programs that highlight the uses and advantages of Essity products.

• Recognize growth prospects through educational initiatives that enhance product awareness and adoption.

• Establish strong connections with customers and stakeholders, acting as a technical and clinical advisor.

• Address technical inquiries and deliver specialized support regarding the application of Essity solutions.

• Partner with customers to identify their clinical requirements and advocate the most suitable solutions for each patient.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a similar healthcare discipline.

• Expertise in stoma care, wound care, dermatology, or a related area.

• Previous experience in clinical education, training healthcare professionals, or clinical practice associated with wound care.

• Technical understanding of wound-care technologies and products aimed at enhancing patient clinical outcomes.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to convey complex scientific ideas into practical applications.

• Willingness to travel regularly.

• Valid driver's license.
