Clinical Account Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Deliver specialized clinical product support, technical assistance, and training to physicians and EP lab personnel during procedures within a designated territory.

• Promote the effective utilization of Biosense Webster catheter systems and equipment, including the CARTO System, software modules, and RF generators.

• Educate customers on Biosense Webster products through technical and clinical training sessions and in-service education.

• Collaborate with team members to exchange best practices and enhance customer value.

• Employ consultative selling strategies to uncover potential sales opportunities within accounts.

• Raise awareness of Biosense Webster solutions and foster engagement with key decision-makers to stimulate incremental business growth.

• Organize and manage case support capacity.

• Communicate effectively with Sales Representatives, other Clinical Account Specialists, Field Service Engineers, and both internal and external partners.

• Cultivate relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, clinical staff, and hospital administrators.

• Remain informed about product Instructions for Use, best practices, technical troubleshooting, clinical literature, and emerging product developments.

• Address inquiries from customers, professionals, and partners through email and voicemail.

• Engage in diagnostic discussions and devise solutions with stakeholders.

• Offer guidance and support to new members of the commercial team.

• Complete account documentation, compliance training, expense reports, and updates to company systems.

• Communicate business challenges and opportunities to management.

• Adhere to health, safety, environmental, regulatory, and company policies.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Clinical Support Specialist in Electrophysiology and Electroanatomical Mapping.

• Advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation, cardiac imaging, electrophysiology technology, industry advancements, and market landscape.

• Awareness of healthcare industry trends, disease states, therapeutic methods, and institutional developments.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, both domestically and internationally.

• Capability to sit for prolonged periods, work in hospital laboratory environments, assist in live patient procedures, wear protective gear such as lead aprons, and adapt to flexible hours to accommodate patient needs.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• A valid Class B driver’s license is essential.

• Experience with complex technical systems and/or critical patient care settings is preferred.

• Background in introducing new technologies to the market and collaborating with key opinion leaders is preferred.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, critical-thinking, relationship-building, interpersonal, and influencing abilities.

• Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and adjust in dynamic environments.

• Detailed knowledge of the Biosense Webster product portfolio is preferred.

• In-depth expertise in Electrophysiology products and solutions is preferred.
