Clinical Application Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +7 more countries.

📋 Description

• Provide support for MRgFUS neurosurgical clinical programs at Exablate centers.

• Educate, communicate with, and guide clinical staff regarding the functions and operation of the Neuro Exablate system.

• Engage in treatments for clinical brain indications and showcase expertise in the technology.

• Analyze and review treatment outcomes.

• Create updates for treatment methods and quality assurance processes.

• Assist with techno-clinical and scientific initiatives.

• Contribute to specifications for new generations of existing products and explore new indications.

• Collaborate within a cross-functional regional team consisting of account, business, and service members to enhance the lifecycle of Exablate Centers.

• Be prepared to travel domestically and internationally at least 60% of the time.

• Occasionally work on weekends and nights and undertake overnight travel as necessary.

• Adhere to Insightec Quality Policy, relevant Quality Procedures and Standards, as well as privacy and safety regulations.

• Execute other related tasks as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or higher in biomedical science, biomedical imaging, biomedical engineering, or neuroscience.

• Capability to work independently and professionally in both remote office environments and hospital settings.

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.

• Proficiency in delivering lectures to large audiences.

• Complete fluency in English, encompassing both spoken and written communication, as well as teaching in English.

• Aptitude for identifying optimal techno-clinical solutions to previously unseen challenges.

• Experience in collaborating with scientific clients, clinical staff, and company personnel in an international context.

• Strong commitment to addressing customer needs and meeting company/team objectives and deadlines.

• Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous.

• Familiarity with MR imaging, neuroanatomy, neurosurgery, and/or movement disorders is a plus.

• Working proficiency in two additional European languages is beneficial.

• Preferred additional languages include German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, or French.

• Residing near a major European airport in Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, or Finland is advantageous.
