This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Act as a clinical advocate for leadership by aligning with organizational priorities and translating strategic objectives into effective daily clinical operations.
• Provide comprehensive clinical leadership for the program while ensuring compliance with relevant state, federal, and payer regulations.
• Guide, mentor, and assist neuropsychologists, psychometrists, and doctoral fellows through supervision, performance evaluations, professional development, caseload management, and support in delivering clinically appropriate, high-quality care.
• Oversee scheduling and workflows to enhance clinical operations efficiency, appropriate staffing, and timely service delivery.
• Maintain a focused neuropsychological caseload to uphold clinical expertise and stay engaged with patient care.
• Collaborate with the therapy team to create personalized, diagnostically informed treatment recommendations and facilitate interdisciplinary care coordination.
• Lead clinical team meetings, case discussions, and treatment coordination efforts.
• Uphold documentation standards, assist with chart audits, and promote quality assurance initiatives.
• Coordinate recommendations with referring providers and the internal therapy team.
• Keep licensure and continuing education requirements up to date.
• Psy.D. or Ph.D. from an APA-Accredited Institution.
• Two years of fellowship training in neuropsychology that meets Houston Conference Guidelines.
• Active licensure in New York State is required; additional state licenses are preferred.
• A minimum of five years of leadership experience in clinical operations overseeing clinical teams across multiple locations/states.
• Proven experience in managing chart audits/quality assurance, regulatory compliance, productivity metrics, and staff performance management.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
• Proficient in utilizing digital tools, electronic health records, and telehealth platforms.
• Ability to build rapport with clients, support clinical staff, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
