Clinical Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Deliver specialized clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP Lab Staff during case procedures.

• Educate clients on BWI products through clinical knowledge and technical information, as well as in-service training.

• Organize and schedule customer case support.

• Stay informed about product instructions for use, best practices, technical troubleshooting, clinical literature, and updates on new product information.

• Recognize potential sales opportunities through consultative selling techniques.

• Promote awareness of BWI solutions and assist the Clinical Development Manager in connecting with key decision-makers.

• Work collaboratively with the local team and ensure communication remains open across assigned responsibilities.

• Foster and enhance customer relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, administrators, and staff.

• Share best practices with colleagues.

• Ensure adherence to government and company regulations, policies, and procedures.

• Address requests effectively in a high-stress environment while maintaining a focus on problem-solving.

• Engage in diagnostic discussions with internal and external partners to develop solutions.

• Mentor new members of the BWI commercial team as needed.

• Respond daily to inquiries from customers, practitioners, and partners via email and phone.

• Oversee account documentation, compliance training, expense reporting, and input into company systems.

• Uphold Safe Fleet standards.

• Communicate business issues or opportunities to management.

• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental practices.

• Perform additional duties as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.

• A valid Driver’s License.

• Willingness and ability to travel nationally, including overnight travel up to 40% of the time.

• Capacity to sit for extended periods and work in a hospital laboratory environment.

• Ability to attend live patient cases while wearing protective gear, including lead aprons.

• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate patient needs.

• May be required to lift up to 30 kg.

• Experience in Electrophysiology/Cath Lab or the EP/Cardiovascular Device Industry is preferred.

• Background in working with complex technical systems or in critical patient care settings is preferred.

• Ability to communicate effectively and timely with colleagues and all levels of the patient care team.

• Capacity to work independently and adapt flexibly in a dynamic work setting.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills in high-pressure situations.

• Ability to collaborate and function well within a team environment.

• Skill in translating large volumes of data into actionable insights.

• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
