Clinical Data Science Lead

📋 Description

• Oversee daily clinical data science operations, assisting the team in achieving high-quality results.

• Direct the formulation and execution of data science strategies aimed at improving clinical trial data analysis.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to determine essential data needs and analytical requirements.

• Supervise the creation of statistical models and analytical tools to enhance data interpretation.

• Provide mentorship and direction to team members on best practices in data analysis and visualization.

• Present findings and insights to stakeholders through reports and presentations, shaping project trajectories.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Data Management position, including leadership of studies.

• Strong experience in clinical data science.

• Proficient in statistical software and data visualization methodologies.

• Familiarity with Veeva/Rave EDC.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on converting data into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of promoting collaboration among diverse teams.

• Experience within the Oncology therapeutic area.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
