Clinical Data Risk & Solutions Analyst – Global Monitor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee a designated portfolio of clinical studies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to pinpoint study risks and formulate mitigation strategies.

• Identify problems in study data and recommend corrective and preventive actions, both internally and externally.

• Develop tailored, study-specific monitoring packages based on the requirements of the study or requests from clients.

• Assess which laboratory samples may not meet timely reporting deadlines.

• Choose suitable monitoring offerings and draft clear instructions for handoff to another team.

• Track and report metrics related to clinical study laboratories.

• Extract and analyze data from various sources, presenting key insights to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Conduct risk assessments on low-complexity studies prior to the study's commencement in collaboration with the Global Study Manager and Study Design Lead.

• Utilize analytics and visual representations to identify issues within studies and proactively mitigate risks.

• Coordinate with developers to ensure that monitoring tools align with client specifications.

• Maintain consistent communication with key stakeholders.

• Assist in the development and upkeep of Risk Management Plans.

• Engage in ongoing process enhancements and participate in functional meetings.

• Ensure processes remain current and adhere to internal strategies.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s Degree or PhD in a relevant scientific discipline.

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management or data analysis within the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector; educational qualifications may substitute for work experience.

• Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.

• Prior experience in client-facing roles.

• Strong command of the English language.

• Capable of extracting data from various sources and transforming raw data into actionable insights.

• Skilled in conducting risk assessments and suggesting monitoring strategies.

• Proficient in utilizing analytics/visualizations to evaluate study laboratory data.

• Experience collaborating with developers on monitoring tools.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage deliverables from start to finish.

• Effective in communicating ideas and inspiring or influencing others.

• Competent in managing competing priorities and adjusting to dynamic timelines.

• Capable of fostering and motivating a team around project objectives.
