Clinical Data Risk & Solutions Analyst – Global Monitor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of clinical studies in the role of Global Monitor

• Recognize study risks and formulate mitigation strategies with internal teams

• Detect issues within study data and suggest corrective and preventive measures

• Create tailored monitoring packages specific to each study

• Evaluate which laboratory samples may not be processed in a timely manner

• Choose suitable monitoring services and draft clear monitoring guidelines

• Supervise and report on clinical study laboratory metrics

• Gather data from various sources and transform raw data into actionable insights

• Share critical findings with both internal and external stakeholders

• Conduct risk assessments on lower-complexity studies alongside the Global Study Manager and Study Design Lead

• Utilize analytics and visualizations to analyze study laboratory data and proactively mitigate risks

• Collaborate with Developers to ensure monitoring tools align with client requirements

• Maintain communication with stakeholders and assist in the creation and upkeep of the Risk Management Plan

• Engage in process enhancements, functional meetings, and ensure processes remain updated

• Adhere to internal strategies while supporting quality and productivity

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's Degree or PhD in a scientific discipline

• A decade of relevant experience in project management or data analysis within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors; education may substitute for work experience

• Proficient knowledge of Excel

• Prior experience in client-facing roles

• Strong command of the English language

• Capability to operate independently while managing deliverables comprehensively

• Proficient in conveying ideas and concepts effectively to motivate and influence others

• Strong self-organization skills and the ability to handle conflicting priorities

• Ability to inspire and lead a team focused on project deliverables
