This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee customer accounts both remotely and on-site.
• Collaborate to cultivate and strengthen customer relationships, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Proactively identify and address customer challenges.
• Gain an understanding of departmental processes, as well as MIM product installation and usage, alongside customer roles within departments.
• Enhance clinical and anatomical knowledge while developing expertise in MIM products within Radiation Oncology.
• Engage with customer stakeholders to promote effective use of MIM Software products.
• Encourage customers to adopt new processes and recognize cross-selling opportunities.
• Convey customer requirements throughout the organization and guarantee timely follow-ups.
• Document customer feedback and interactions within the CRM system.
• Provide reports on software updates, training sessions, proactive customer interventions, and service contract renewals.
• Deliver software training, basic technical support, and presentations on new features via phone, online, and in-person sessions.
• Gather and manage renewals for customer service and maintenance contracts.
• Participate in meetings outside of regular working hours when necessary to collaborate with global teams.
• Over 5 years of experience in customer success management or a related field, ideally in a clinical environment.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Highly skilled in various IT capabilities to meet business requirements, including CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the capacity to multitask effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate within hospital institutions.
• Willing to travel nationally up to 30% of the time.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
