Clinical Coordinator – Full Time, Overnight Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with hospital clinical personnel and Access TeleCare physicians to guarantee prompt and effective patient care.

• Respond to incoming calls at the consult center and meticulously document patient details.

• Collaborate with clinical specialists to ensure timely and satisfactory outcomes.

• Manage necessary paperwork.

• Confirm that images are uploaded from client hospitals to VidiStar.

• Set up video conferencing examination units and verify connections.

• Handle inbound and outbound communications with employees, clients, and clinical specialists in a courteous and respectful manner.

• Provide Tier 1 technical assistance to hospitals and company physicians.

• Ensure timely transfer to Tier 2 IT support.

• Promptly report any SLA breaches, company-goal failures, or conflicts to the supervisor.

• Execute tasks without established procedures when required.

• Complete additional assignments as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is required.

• Minimum of one year experience in a call center, healthcare, or IT environment.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.

• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, communication, and collaboration tools across different operating systems.

• Capability to learn new software and systems.

• Outstanding phone and customer service skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Ability to quickly learn and adjust to new technologies and systems.

• Aptitude for excelling in a remote work environment within a high-growth, fast-paced organization.

• Willingness to work the overnight schedule from 10:45 PM EST to 7:00 AM EST, Friday to Tuesday.

• Availability to work on weekends and holidays.

• Must be capable of remaining in a stationary position for 50% of the time.
