Clinical Coordinator – Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hospital clinical personnel and Access TeleCare physicians to guarantee prompt and effective patient care.

• Receive incoming calls at the consult center and accurately document patient details.

• Liaise with clinical specialists to organize paperwork, upload images to VidiStar, manage video conferencing exam units, and conduct connection tests.

• Manage inbound and outbound communications with employees, clients, and clinical specialists with professionalism and respect.

• Provide Tier 1 technical assistance to hospitals and company physicians.

• Ensure timely transitions to Tier 2 IT support.

• Immediately report any SLA breaches, conflicts, or failures related to company goals to the supervisor.

• Carry out certain tasks without predefined procedures.

• Perform additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification is mandatory.

• Minimum of one year experience in a call center, healthcare, or IT environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.

• Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and communication/collaboration tools across different operating systems.

• Capability to learn new software and systems swiftly.

• Outstanding phone etiquette and customer service skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.

• Quick learner, able to adapt to new technologies and systems efficiently.

• Capacity to thrive in a remote work environment within a high-growth and dynamic organization.

• Availability to work Thursday to Monday from 2pm CST to 10pm Central Time (3pm to 11pm Eastern Time).

• Must be available on weekends and holidays.

• Required to maintain a stationary position for 50% of the time.
