This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Guide and oversee project teams to guarantee successful project outcomes.
• Manage daily project and program management tasks.
• Lead and coordinate project teams by defining objectives, planning, and executing activities.
• Supervise the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on goals, deliverables, and expectations.
• Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and apply solutions as needed.
• Provide stakeholders and senior management with regular updates on project status, performance, and changes.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated capability to lead and manage project teams effectively, with a history of successful project completions.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, along with experience in managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible, with a dedication to achieving project objectives and fostering continuous improvement.
• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
