This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver immediate clinical assistance, psychoeducation, referrals, and resources through a clinical phone queue.
• Employ active listening, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused techniques to engage members effectively.
• Evaluate risk and offer crisis support, safety planning, and follow-up for high-risk members.
• Suggest action plans and coordinate care with therapists, coaches, physicians, and external resources.
• Provide after-hours assistance to members and leaders seeking services or connections to internal and global teams.
• Complete professional documentation and communicate with members and providers via email.
• Adhere to care-management outreach protocols and identify barriers or interruptions in care.
• Collaborate with Spring Health providers and Provider Operations.
• Work alongside Care Support, Benefits/Billing, and Product teams.
• Engage in staff meetings, case consultations, and training sessions.
• Support the onboarding and mentoring of new team members.
• Maintain confidentiality, compliance, ethical standards, and company policies.
• LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist credential required.
• A minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience is essential.
• Proficient in crisis assessment and safety planning.
• Familiarity with crisis support, CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused clinical interventions.
• Availability for shifts from Sunday to Thursday, 12am to 8am ET or equivalent local time.
• Willingness to accommodate occasional shift changes.
• Availability to work on holidays corresponding with scheduled shifts.
• Capable of working independently and demonstrating strong critical thinking skills.
• Fully engaged and free from interruptions throughout the duration of the shift.
• Exceptional listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using various computer platforms, learning new systems, and performing tech-related tasks efficiently.
• Ability to multitask and switch contexts effectively.
