This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver immediate clinical assistance, psychoeducation, and referrals/resources as part of an outbound phone team.
• Provide limited inbound crisis line support.
• Engage with members seeking assistance for mental health, substance use, or family/relationship issues using active listening, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused methodologies.
• Evaluate risks and offer crisis support, safety planning, and follow-up for high-risk members.
• Suggest action plans based on clinical assessments.
• Facilitate connections with Spring Health therapists, coaches, physicians, and external resources.
• Complete professional documentation and communicate with members and providers via email.
• Adhere to care management outreach protocols.
• Identify and resolve barriers or disruptions to care using clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with Spring Health care providers and Provider Operations.
• Work alongside Care Support, Benefits/Billing, and Product teams.
• Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and training sessions.
• Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members.
• Uphold confidentiality, compliance, ethical standards, and Spring Health policy guidelines.
• Must hold an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or be a licensed psychologist; independently licensed mental health professional is required.
• A minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience is necessary.
• Proficiency in crisis assessment and safety planning is essential.
• Familiarity with crisis support, CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused clinical interventions.
• Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills are required.

• Comfortable navigating various computer platforms and willing to learn new systems.
• Efficient in technology-related tasks.

• Required shift: Saturday-Wednesday, 9am-5pm ET or its equivalent in the corresponding time zone.
