This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Collaborate with Business Development Executives to deliver clinical packaging and distribution proposals within designated timeframes.
• Work alongside internal teams to compute intricate costing for proposals and Change Orders.
• Prepare and deliver presentations of proposals to Business Development Executives and clients during face-to-face meetings as necessary.
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts to collect relevant information for proposals.
• Analyze clinical trial strategies in Requests for Quote and determine production material quantities.
• Allocate costs based on the services quoted.
• Address proposal and Change Order challenges with Sales, Project Management, and external clients.
• Facilitate internal and client meetings concerning proposals, revisions, and Change Orders.
• Serve as a liaison between Project Management and Business Development Executives to transition awarded proposals to Project Management teams.
• Create and document project timelines for proposals.
• Manage and prioritize competing requests from various stakeholders.
• Draft Change Orders, proposals, and revisions to proposals.
• Adhere to PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies and procedures.
• Execute other responsibilities assigned by the Manager/Supervisor.
• Associate's Degree in a relevant field and/or 1–3 years of experience and/or training in a related area.
• Strong college-level mathematical skills.
• Capability to conduct complex computer tasks and utilize various computer software.
• Moderate to advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Full professional proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing for business purposes.
• Intermediate reasoning skills to follow written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions.
• Ability to resolve problems that involve multiple concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Keen attention to detail.

• Capacity to adapt to evolving work environments.
• Exceptional time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced atmosphere.
