This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct personalized remote consultations and analyze hearing test results and audiograms.
• Recommend and sell Fortell hearing aids customized to meet individual client requirements.
• Achieve KPIs related to conversion, returns, upgrade rates, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Remotely fit, program, and optimize hearing aids using Fortell's fitting software.
• Conduct structured follow-up appointments while providing ongoing support and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot hearing aid issues remotely and facilitate repairs.
• Act as the clinical escalation point for complex client concerns.
• Offer on-demand care during scheduled coverage hours.
• Manage Salesforce case queues for remote care clients and clinic locations.
• Evaluate audiograms and hearing aid adjustment requests within specified service levels.
• Accurately and promptly document client interactions and outcomes.
• Share clinical insights with management, operations, and product teams.
• Remain updated on advancements in audiology, teleaudiology, and hearing aid technology.
• Report directly to the Head of Audiology.
• Must possess an active Audiology license in good standing in your state of residence.
• Hearing Aid Dispensing license required where applicable.
• Willingness to secure and maintain additional state licensures, including travel as necessary for licensing requirements.
• Minimum of 2 years experience dispensing and fitting hearing aids for adult clients.
• Availability during standard business hours on weekdays.
• Participation in the on-demand coverage rotation, including at least one weekend per month.
• Strong comfort level with technology.
• Proficient in hearing aid software, CRM systems, and customer communication platforms.
• Demonstrated sales acumen in a clinical environment.
• Must have a distraction-free, private home workspace suitable for confidential client appointments.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in virtual environments.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team.
• A passionate, caring, and empathetic approach to client care.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage competing priorities.
