📋 Description

• Assist in the coordination, execution, and oversight of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocol specifications, regulatory standards, and industry practices.

• Oversee study operations, including site initiation, patient recruitment, data gathering, and monitoring visits to guarantee timely and precise data collection and documentation.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as Clinical Operations, Data Management, and Biometrics to facilitate the successful implementation of clinical trials.

• Maintain thorough study documentation and records, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standard operating procedures.

• Assist with study close-out tasks including data cleaning, analysis, and preparation of clinical study reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a pertinent scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Prior experience in clinical research or healthcare, ideally within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO sectors.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities, with the aptitude to prioritize tasks and effectively manage conflicting priorities.

• Outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving skills, committed to ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate across functions and establish robust relationships with study teams and clinical sites.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
