This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the project assignments and workload distribution of Clinical Applications Specialists.

• Organize customer training timelines, go-live events, workflow evaluations, and implementation processes.

• Track project schedules, risks, and resource limitations.

• Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to meet implementation goals.

• Anticipate resource requirements and offer escalation support for complex customer scenarios.

• Perform site audits to evaluate implementation quality, customer preparedness, workflow integration, and training success.

• Analyze implementation documentation, deliverables, customer results, feedback, surveys, and adoption metrics.

• Ensure adherence to quality systems, implementation protocols, and documentation standards.

• Create corrective action plans when quality deficiencies are detected.

• Lead the onboarding, mentoring, coaching, and development of new Clinical Applications Specialists.

• Design and provide continuous training on products, clinical practices, workflows, and procedures.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success for product-update training.

• Facilitate team meetings, operational reviews, office hours, and issue resolution sessions.

• Promote accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and a customer-centric approach.

• Own and manage Clinical Applications process documentation, SOPs, work instructions, templates, and implementation tools.

• Drive process improvement initiatives and establish metrics and reporting systems.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical, healthcare, or relevant field, or equivalent experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in clinical applications, implementation, healthcare technology, or customer training.

• Proven experience in leading complex customer implementations and training initiatives.

• Strong skills in project coordination, organization, and problem-solving.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% within USCAN to meet customer and team needs.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Employment visa sponsorship is currently not available and will not be offered in the future.

• Successful completion of a drug screening may be required.

• Preferred: Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT), RT(N), PET, or equivalent clinical credential.

• Preferred: Previous experience in a lead, supervisory, mentoring, or people management role.

• Preferred: Background in developing training programs, onboarding curricula, and process documentation.

• Preferred: Familiarity with quality improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
