This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical and clinical guidance throughout the pre-sales phase by showcasing Ultrasound products, their potential applications, capabilities, and advantages to clients.

• Organize, plan, and implement objective-driven system training for customers.

• Track and report on training results.

• Act as the Women’s Health Ultrasound subject matter expert and clinical representative for sales.

• Enhance the clinical skills of the team and foster customer relationships while driving business opportunities.

• Access competitive accounts and relay market insights to the organization.

• Promote new product features and clinical methodologies.

• Collaborate with clients to create training plans and strategies that support new product integration and continuous training requirements.

• Assist at trade shows and professional conferences via product demonstrations and customer training.

• Serve as the main contact for the modality/team, pinpoint customer satisfaction challenges, and support escalations, problem-solving, and specialized training requests.

• Cultivate customer relationships, including with key opinion leaders, to standardize and enhance protocols and facilitate clinical education initiatives.

• Encourage the adoption of hybrid training methods for clients.

• Ensure the maintenance of necessary pre- and post-training documentation.

• Uphold relevant Quality Management System and EHS processes and procedures.


⛳️ Requirements

• Associate degree or its equivalent.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine ultrasound technical/clinical roles.

• Certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) in OB/GYN.

• Preferred certifications include Fetal Echo (FE) registry or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS).

• Willingness to travel extensively, exceeding 75% (4–5 days per week, including overnight stays and some weekends) within the US using various modes of transportation such as car, air travel, and train.

• Profound understanding of clinical education training and the implementation of associated processes.

• Proven experience in delivering complex information and tailoring messages according to the audience.

• Familiarity with Healthcare Information Systems, networking, and IT concepts.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Established capability to analyze and resolve issues.

• Competency in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.

• Proven project management skills.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must successfully pass a drug screening, if applicable.
