Clinical Applications Specialist – Travelling Position

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical training and support to clients as a radiation therapy subject matter expert, either onsite or remotely.

• Facilitate intricate product training sessions for customers and employees in English.

• Provide prompt feedback on competitive product performance to headquarters, marketing, and engineering teams.

• Assist in product demonstrations at local, regional, and national customer trade events.

• Lead classroom lectures and laboratory workshops in both English and French.

• Develop lesson plans utilizing engineering, field service, and software documentation.

• Generate quick tips, workbooks, video content, and implementation guides.

• Collaborate with customers, sales, product marketing, and technical support to keep course materials current and address inquiries.

• Test training scenarios using company products.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to enhance customer relations and service delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Radiation Sciences, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of clinical experience, including a minimum of 3 years in dosimetry.

• Credential as a Radiation Therapist: CAMRT.

• Proficiency in both French and English is mandatory.

• A valid Driver's License and Canadian Passport are required.

• Must reside in Canada.

• Willingness to travel up to 75%, including occasional weekend travel.
