This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical training and support to clients as a radiation therapy subject matter expert, either onsite or remotely.

• Facilitate product training sessions in English for both customers and employees, including intricate multi-product scenarios.

• Provide insights on competitive product performance to headquarters, marketing, and engineering teams.

• Assist in product demonstrations at local, regional, and national customer trade shows.

• Conduct classroom lectures and laboratory sessions in both English and French.

• Develop lesson plans utilizing engineering, field service, and software documentation.

• Create supplementary training resources such as quick tips, workbooks, videos, and implementation guides.

• Collaborate with customers, sales, product marketing, and technical support teams.

• Address customer inquiries and testing scenarios utilizing company products.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to enhance customer relations and service delivery.

• Clinical knowledge of the processes within a radiation oncology department.

• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

• Ability to adjust training methods to suit the needs of a diverse audience.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication abilities.

• Adaptable, positive mindset, and openness to new ideas and situations.

• Eager to tackle challenges and rapidly absorb new concepts.

• Residence in Canada is mandatory.

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Radiation Sciences or equivalent qualifications.

• At least 5 years of clinical experience, including a minimum of 3 years in dosimetry.

• Radiation Therapist credentials: CAMRT.

• Proficiency in both French and English is required.

• Valid Driver's License is necessary.

• Canadian Passport is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

• Occasional weekend travel may be necessary.
