This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +13 more states.
• Deliver on-site customer education for Siemens Healthineers mobile C-arms, which encompasses product demonstrations, user training, and application follow-ups.
• Collaborate with customers to assess workflow requirements and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Modify system parameters and apply techniques to enhance image quality and user-friendliness.
• Foster and sustain customer relationships.
• Work in conjunction with sales, project management, and service teams to arrange customer training sessions.
• Collaborate with Delta’s sales team to recognize and address customer needs, aiding in the sales closure process.
• Ensure timely completion of regulatory and procedural documentation.
• Travel to client locations to instruct users in hospitals, surgical centers, pain management clinics, and other facilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 80%, typically with overnight stays from Monday to Thursday.
• Certified Clinical Radiographer.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of clinical surgical experience.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and listening abilities.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Preference for additional ARRT certifications and registries.
• Prior experience as an Applications Specialist is preferred.
• Experience with Siemens surgical imaging systems is preferred.
• Teaching experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Capability to drive, fly, walk through client sites, and occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds.
