Clinical Applications Specialist, mCT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical and technical expertise throughout the sales process and after-sales support.

• Collaborate with Sales Representatives, Dealers, and the Channel Sales Manager to foster growth and provide outstanding customer experiences.

• Requires a minimum of 75% travel, which may include some weekends.

• Develop and sustain strong business relationships across sales, marketing, operations, and key account stakeholders to achieve consistent clinical performance goals.

• Assist in Sales and Dealer training initiatives to ensure a high level of product knowledge and clinical distinction.

• Work closely with Customer Service and Sales teams to fulfill client training needs and support sales efforts, including new installations, remote training, and follow-up training for customers.

• Effectively demonstrate the clinical and operational benefits of the system to end-users, influencing their purchasing choices and promoting adoption through consultative selling.

• Provide management with timely updates on any issues or concerns that may affect product sales and support within the channel.

• Collaborate with product management and service teams to relay field feedback and enhance product performance.

• Conduct clinical presentations and offer support at scientific meetings and trade shows.

• Capture training photos and videos whenever possible, adhering to hospital guidelines.

• Partner with strategic allies to ensure successful integration and support efforts.

• Assist with basic on-site troubleshooting to swiftly resolve service-related issues.

• Provide 24/7 clinical helpline support as necessary.

• Educate customers to establish safe and efficient protocols.

• Evaluate and issue CEU credits with appropriate verification testing.

• Ensure that customer training materials are current and provide feedback for the development of new training tools as required.

• Complete all site surveys and training documentation punctually while maintaining the Shared Clinical Training Calendar.

• Responsible for timely travel bookings and submitting expense reports.

• Collect DICOM and Corrected Data from sites in accordance with hospital guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience in Computed Tomography is required.

• BSRT or BS is preferred, along with current ARRT licensure or CT certification.

• Previous experience as a clinical applications specialist is a plus.

• Must comply with hospital credentialing requirements.

• Should be self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented.

• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

• Must be proficient with technology, capable of presenting using a laptop, and demonstrating expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome.
