This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acquire comprehensive product, clinical, and software expertise within the Maternal Infant Care modality.
• Link theoretical knowledge with clinical and product details to assist clinicians in achieving optimal performance from GE Healthcare equipment.
• Conduct pre-sale product clinical evaluations and educational presentations for prospective customers.
• Create and implement clinical training programs for end-users in accordance with sales order agreements.
• Work in partnership with customers, sales teams, project management, and service organizations to facilitate customer training.
• Provide on-site or virtual clinical education.
• Fulfill documentation needs from pre-training through to post-training stages.
• Offer post-installation training and support, including updates for product enhancements.
• Sustain customer relationships and relay product or customer feedback and opportunities to management, sales, marketing, customer loyalty, and technical support teams.
• Oversee travel and accommodation budgets, enhance travel strategies, submit expense reports, and keep thorough records.
• Travel across the nation, up to 100% of the time.
• Minimum of 4 years of direct patient care experience in a Labor & Delivery environment.
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or college.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Current active registered nursing license.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, up to 100% (4–5 days a week, including some weekends), within the United States and Canada using various transport methods.
• Proficient in using Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other computer and web-based applications.
• Capability to learn industry-specific software and deliver digital education and training solutions.
• Experience with the GE HealthCare Novii Wireless Patch System Fetal Monitor is preferred.
• Previous experience in educating adult learners is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Skills in documentation, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
• Well-established project management abilities.
