This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +2 more states.
• Lead and implement clinical education training and demonstration strategies for General Imaging Ultrasound.
• Promote evidence-based practice and support customer experience and commercial teams from pre-sale to post-implementation.
• Provide technical and clinical guidance during pre-sales by showcasing Ultrasound products, their applications, features, and advantages.
• Organize, schedule, and conduct objective-driven customer system training.
• Track and report on the outcomes of training sessions.
• Act as a General Imaging Ultrasound subject matter expert and clinical liaison for the sales team.
• Enhance clinical capabilities, foster customer relationships, and create business opportunities.
• Access competitive accounts and relay market intelligence to the organization.
• Promote new product features and clinical techniques while aiding in product integration.
• Participate in trade shows and professional conferences by providing product demonstrations and customer training.
• Identify customer satisfaction concerns and assist with escalations, problem-solving, and specialized training requests.
• Build customer relationships and refine protocols and clinical education initiatives.
• Maintain documentation before and after training sessions.
• Adhere to Quality Management System and EHS processes and procedures.
• Associate degree or equivalent with over 3 years of experience in the General Imaging Ultrasound technical/clinical field.
• ARDMS certification in Abdomen is required.
• Preferred certifications include Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), OB/GYN, Adult Cardiac, or MSK.
• Comprehensive understanding of clinical education training and related process execution.
• Proven experience in delivering complex information while adjusting messaging according to the audience.
• Familiarity with Healthcare Information Systems, networking, and IT.
• Willingness to travel extensively (75+%) for 4–5 days a week, including overnight stays and some weekends, within the US using various modes of transportation.
• Must reside within the designated territory: Wisconsin, UP Michigan, Iowa, and the West Central Region.
• Preferred experience working with GE Healthcare GI systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Proven capability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.
• Competence in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
• Established skills in project management.
