This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Offer pre-sales assistance and post-sales training for Philips CT and DXR products.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams throughout the sales and implementation process.
• Organize and conduct onsite application training, go-lives, and continuous support for end-user clinicians.
• Assist in customer presentations, demonstrations, trials, site visits, trade shows, and educational events.
• Ensure product and solution readiness by performing clinical configurations and setups.
• Create training solutions for pre-sales, installation, and post-installation support.
• Address customer concerns alongside sales and services teams using the OnePhilips approach.
• Collaborate on business priorities, product launches, business-unit projects, clinical/technical RFP contributions, and quotation/order configurations.
• Foster customer relationships and comprehend customer needs and business motivations.
• Over 5 years of experience as a CT Technologist or Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) with a focus on CT in a hospital setting.
• Strong knowledge of Philips CT and DXR equipment and applications is highly desirable.
• Current and active certification from CAMRT or the provincial regulatory medical radiation college.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and verbal.
• Completion of a college diploma or bachelor’s degree in a medical radiation field.
• Specialized training post-certification.
• Previous experience as a clinical preceptor, in clinical training, adult education delivery, and/or clinical sales is highly preferred.
• Capability to work in office/home office and/or remote settings and within hospital/healthcare environments.
• Flexibility to work varying hours based on business requirements.
• Ability to wear necessary personal protective equipment.
• May need to comply with vendor credentialing requirements.
• Must have Canadian work authorization; no current or future visa sponsorship available.
• Residency in Ontario or Quebec is required.
• Willingness to travel approximately 80% nationally across Canada, including occasional overnight travel and travel by air and/or train.
